There's only so much 'making sure' you can do when you own three OLD vehicles. The truck I was in has 193,000 miles on it ...it's a 98' Mazda I've owned all it's life. We also have an '01 F250 with 145,000 miles on it and a '96 Camry with a mere 104,000 miles. We maintain them and patch them up when necessary but you have to expect the unexpected. Next time the job sends me anywhere though, they can rent me a car!
