I discovered your blog recently (don't remember how exactly) and am glad I did.

I hope this will be our only bout of the flu bug this year. My husband went to the doc today and he's got pneumonia. He's on meds and off work for another two days. Hopefully he'll bounce back enough by Saturday to enjoy his birthday.

: )HossBosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13444735851486747330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5662968327054666593.post-61230007428937454822011-02-15T08:38:45.659-06:002011-02-15T08:38:45.659-06:00Ugh...we've been passing it around in our hous...Ugh...we've been passing it around in our house for over a month now. I'm about three days ahead of my husband being on the mend, and probably a week away from being completely back to my old ornery self. But the weather is beautiful now and I feel so much better than I did a few days ago. This was the worst flu bug I've had in many a year but I still don't believe in getting the flu shot. Temps in the 70's all next week. Hey, one week it's up into the mid 50's and the poor animals are beginning to shed, then it drops well into the sub zero range and add in windchills.

Take care and stay well,
KelleKelle at The Never Done Farmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06089557752054842197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5662968327054666593.post-74777129651176125462011-02-12T11:04:45.332-06:002011-02-12T11:04:45.332-06:00gld, insurance is one of those necessary evils ......gld, insurance is one of those necessary evils ...the concept is great, the reality is usually a little less than great.

BR, he missed a couple of hours yesterday and the jury is still out whether he'll be well enough to go in at noon tomorrow.
